This Pasadena home evolved across three thoughtfully staged phases, transforming the property into a brighter, more functional, and family-ready space. The initial addition introduced a new primary suite, two additional bedrooms, and reconfigured access to a central courtyard that serves as the heart of the home. Later phases opened the kitchen to the patio, connected the interior to the garage with improved level transitions, and brought renewed flow to the entire layout. A playful kids’ bathroom was redesigned with a custom double herringbone tile pattern, a sculptural partition wall, and storage solutions tailored for a busy household. Outdoor upgrades included new landscaping, a redesigned front and backyard, a concrete slab with modular basketball tiles, and a welcoming deck off the living spaces. Across every phase, our team balanced technical problem-solving with creative design, ensuring the home grew with the family while maintaining warmth, cohesiveness, and a seamless blend of old and new.
