This remodel reimagined a dated multi-unit building in Silver Lake with a lighter, more contemporary feel shaped by Taylor and Taylor’s design vision and built by Casa Bonita Builders. The project introduced new terrazzo tile floors, updated kitchens and bathrooms, bright wood cabinetry, and improved windows and doors that opened the space to natural light. A custom exterior stair structure transformed the approach to the building, while interior adjustments created a dedicated office and guest area for the owners. The result is a clean, modern retreat that blends function, comfort, and a refreshed architectural character.
