This project began as a focused bathroom remodel designed to refresh the space while preserving the existing layout. The scope included updated finishes, fixtures, and a redesigned shower, along with new wainscoting that adds architectural interest and aligns seamlessly with the existing trim. Careful attention was given to proportion and transition points, from the chair rail and casing to the pony wall and reconfigured bench, resulting in a warm, patterned, and thoughtfully tailored bath. An earlier phase of work included transforming a loft bedroom with custom built-ins shaped around the unique roofline, a raised bed platform, integrated shelving, well-planned lighting, and additional storage—all creating a cozy retreat within a challenging attic-like footprint. Together, both spaces highlight Casa Bonita’s blend of creativity and technical precision, delivering charm, functionality, and refined craftsmanship.
